Anya Taylor-Joy

Allya Taylor Joy was born on 16 April 1997 in Miami Florida. She is half English the other half Spanish. Her parents were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her was Argentine and has Scottish and English ancestry. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. She was the first born of a household that included six children. Four of them are siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's father. They resided within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, after which they moved to the Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy says the move to London was traumatizing and she did not study English in order to prevent returning to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she was required to attend after switching from Northlands. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At the age of sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to concentrate on her acting profession. Taylor-Joy has always wanted to become an actor. At the age of 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the chance to become a model.
