Melissa Fumero

Melissa Gallo was born in Lyndhurst in New Jersey on the 19th of August the 19th of August, 1982. [3][4] It was her Cuban parents came to the U.S. as teenagers. Her father was an educator as well as a jewelry shop employee, while her mother was hairdresser and homemaker. Gallo is a native of Guttenberg however she moved to Lyndhurst after she reached the age of six years old. She spoke Spanish in her home with her family home. But, the family did not want her or her brother who was younger to learn the language when they realized that he was being troubled in school. [7] As a child, Gallo enjoyed creating and performing plays, and began dancing lessons. Following her first experience of The Secret Garden on Broadway at age ten She began to become interested in acting. She was enrolled in classes by her parents. They and their peers loved taking theater classes because they were more focused on the performance than their physical appearance. She continued her theater and dancing classes through the time she graduated. When she got the letter of acceptance to the New York University(NYU) which she considered to be "her dream",[9] Gallo worried that the cost of attending would keep her from attending. To ensure she could attend the school, her parents drained a lot of their savings, took out several loans and made Gallo live at their home[10up until the time she emigrated in New York City at age 19. [6] In 2003, she received a BA of Fine Arts degree in the field of drama.
